What is it about?
Pursuing One Thing is about the three verses in Scripture that use the phrase "one thing" to describe a focused pursuit of God (Ps. 27:4, Lk. 10:42, Ph. 3:13). King David, Mary of Bethany, and the Apostle Paul all had a radical, wholehearted pursuit of God that was the driving force of their lives--and this same passion is available to us today.
Parts of the book reference the prayer room environment (and of course David's tabernacle was his version of a prayer room), but the book was written for all believers in any context.
